Requisition 202600158ST Title Student Employee-Financial Aid-Assistant (2 Positions to be filled) Employee Class Student Employee College Work Study Position Yes Department Financial Aid Division Division of Enrollment Hours Per Week Maximum 28 hours per week Hiring Rate $10-$12/hr Nature & Purpose Of Position The Financial Aid & Scholarships Office is seeking motivated and dependable Federal Work Study students to join our team as Office Assistants. In this role, you will support daily operations and gain valuable experience in a professional, student-centered environment. Key Responsibilities: Audit and organize paperwork to ensure accuracy and compliance Process and input data into reports and systems Organize and maintain office filing systems Research and gather information as needed Prepare and print bulk information packets Answer and direct phone calls, providing accurate information to students and parents Assist with front desk operations and in-person inquiries Provide customer service related to financial aid and scholarship questions Support work study staff and fund accounting team with clerical tasks Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned to support the office Position Note While student employees may be assigned primary areas of focus, all Office Assistants are expected to support a variety of tasks across the office as needed to ensure efficient operations.
