Student Services Assistant (Glenn Center) CSEA Range 18; Full-time/Non-Exempt;40 hours per week; 12 months per year Projected Recruitment Timeline Anticipated Application Screening Period:March 4-11, 2026 Tentative Interviews:Week of March 16, 2026 (Zoom) Tentative Second Interviews:Week of March 30, 2026 (In Person) Anticipated Start Date:May 1, 2026 POSITION HIGHLIGHTS This position performs a variety of customer service and clerical duties in support of the Glenn Center's various Student Services and Instructional Departments.Duties may require the use of independent judgement and specialized knowledge of the various student services departmental policies and procedures and available services offered.The Student Services Assistant provides program support and assistance to students, faculty, staff, and the general public on subjects and issues related to the student services area.Work Schedule The work schedule is Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m.to 6:30 p.m.Schedule subject to change depending on departmental need.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION/Experience:Graduation from high school or G.E.D.or the equivalent ; AND One (1) year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities of this class.High School education equivalency equals an adult education diploma or four (4) years of full-time, paid work experience APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS All applicants, including current Butte College employees, must complete and submit an online application with all required attachments to move forward.All fields within the application should be completely and thoroughly filled out.Do not skip application fields by inputting see resume.
