Department: TRIO Job Description: The TRIO Student Support Services Program at Madison College is seeking a Student Success Coach to work on a five-year TRIO grant. This position provides individualized coaching and academic support to help students navigate challenges, develop skills and achieve their educational goals. Success in this role involves fostering student motivation, connecting students to resources and adapting strategies to meet diverse needs. This position contributes to institutional objectives by promoting student retention, improving academic outcomes and advancing a holistic approach to student success. The Student Success Coach is primarily responsible for coordinating TRIO program services and supporting the development and delivery of comprehensive academic support initiatives designed to increase the retention, transfer and graduation rates of eligible participants. The Student Success Coach contributes to institutional objectives by promoting student retention, enhancing academic outcomes and supporting a holistic approach to student success. Success in this role involves fostering student motivation, connecting students with appropriate resources and adjusting support strategies to meet a wide range of needs.
