Description Student Supper Coordinator Reports to Catholic Center Director of Ministry Compensation Part Time, unit pay $75 per student supper Hours- 5 hours per week Location -1520 Euclid Ave, Boulder, CO 80302 Our Mission The St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Center strives to live and proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ, engage higher education and form all whom we serve in the intellectual, spiritual and apostolic tradition of the Catholic Faith. Event Setup & Coordination Set up for Student Supper prior to guest arrival Create and manage a volunteer sign-up including sending out weekly reminders Coordinate with the chef to ensure appropriate and accessible tasks are available for volunteers Create sign up for volunteers Track attendance trends and share with director Blessing of the meal Rotate volunteer duties Post-Event Responsibilities Lead and organize volunteers in cleaning after the meal Ensure all tables are wiped down Vacuum floors and mop the kitchen area Take out trash and recycling Return rags to the Pastoral Center downstairs Closing the loop-weekly what worked, what didn't Confirm that all attendees and volunteers have exited the building before leaving application deadline May 18, 2026 anticipated start August 2026 Requirements Qualifications Be a fully initiated Catholic in the communion of the Catholic Church and intentionally living out the five precepts of the Church (CCC 2041-2043) Full commitment required for the entirety of Student Supper, including before, during, and after the event Friendly and outgoing demeanor Highly organized and self-motivated Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team player who will collaborate with Catholic Center staff Must be able to lift, push, and/or pull up to 30 lbs. Frequent bending, reaching, and handling of food service items Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during meal preparation and service
