We are a 24-Hour Infrared Fitness Studio.the first ever implementation of 3-dimensional training which combines 1) Heat, 2) Infrared Energy & 3) Exercise to help members flush toxins, tone up, and torch calories.Our studio offers 24-hour access to unlimited sessions ranging from HOT Yoga, to Hot Cycle, Hot Buns and more.Our exclusive workouts are led by a virtual instructor in a semi private environment, suitable for all fitness levels to give members MORE WORKOUT IN LESS TIME! General Managers must be be prepared for an exciting opportunity with unlimited earning potential while helping the community burn massive amounts of calories! Candidates interested in joining our team should expect to be successful in the following:1) Meeting and exceeding membership sales goals 2) Showing up on time everyday with the mindset to execute every job duty and function with absolute Enthusiasm - 40hour work week 3) Providing superior service to members at all times by creating a positive and motivating environment 4) Coaching and training sales staff while achieving personal sales goals to lead by example along with interviewing, hiring and firing of staff 5) Meeting with and reporting on sales trends and prospecting efforts to owner(s) daily 6) Managing staff schedule, process payroll, manage the studio relating to all maintenance 7) Utilizing social media and all other marketing and advertising media on a daily basis to engage members and the community and to help grow the member base and brand awareness.8) Using online platforms and software for customer relations management processes, POS systems for membership sale, billing and collections as well as for email and texting campaigns.9) Completing all required trainings both online and in person as required by owner(s), to ensure you have all the tools needed to be successful 10) Personally lead a healthy lifestyle and have a personal passion for fitness.Our ideal candidates have previous sales and management experience and a strong interest in helping others feel and look their very best while benefiting from rewarding performance based commissions and bonuses.We provide substantial paid training, certifications and support to ensure your success.Compensation includes base salary, commissions, bonuses, a free studio membership and product discounts.Qualifications - Strong background in sales and management - Experience in inventory management and retail sales - Proficient in POS systems and purchasing processes - Skilled in team management and customer service - Ability to supervise and maintain inventory control - Bonus:Negotiation skills and recruiting experience Job Type:Full-time Pay:From $20.00 per hour Benefits:Employee discount Paid time off Shift:8 hour shift Day shift Evening shift Application Question(s):The Manager is expected to basically work our staffed hours M-F, which are M-Th 11am to 8pm and Friday 9am to 6pm.Will you be available to work these hours each week? This role is responsible for hitting monthly membership sales goals.Briefly describe your experience with sales targets and results HOTWORX is built on consistency and results (3-4 workouts per week).How do you personally stay consistent in your fitness or health routine? This role requires being on the phone 50%of the time making sales calls.Do you have any reservations, and what experience do you have with phone-based sales?
