Role Overview The Studio Manager is responsible for the performance, operations, and member experience of TZone Fitness Orange County. This role works with the owner and is responsible to work together to achieve revenue growth, team performance, and operational execution, ensuring each the loction delivers a consistent, high-quality experience aligned with TZone Standards. Key Responsibilities Business Performance & Revenue Ownership Own performance of studio including but not limited: membership growth Retention Labor % total revenue Set, track, and drive accountability to studio-level KPIs Identify gaps and implement strategies to improve performance Drive additional revenue streams (personal training, retail, events, partnerships) Team Leadership & Development Lead, coach, and develop Studio Associates and in-studio teams including coaches/ instructors Establish clear performance expectations and accountability Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training Build a high-performance culture focused on results and member experience Operational Excellence Ensure all studios consistently meet ownership standards for: cleanliness equipment maintenance customer experience Oversee scheduling, staffing efficiency, and daily execution Maintain compliance with all safety and operational protocols Take ownership of facility presentation and overall studio environment Sales & Local Marketing Execution Drive lead generation, conversion, and retention strategies Partner with Studio Leads to execute local marketing initiatives and promotions Develop and support community partnerships to increase brand awareness Align local efforts with broader company campaigns KPI Tracking & Reporting Track and report on key performance metrics across all studios Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities Provide clear, actionable insights and updates to leadership Ensure consistent execution of studio scorecards across the region Skills & Attributes Strong operational and organizational skills Data-driven decision maker with KPI focus Ability to lead, coach, and hold teams accountable Excellent communication and leadership presence High ownership mindset with bias toward execution Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour Work Location: In person
