Responsibilities Provide professional hair styling, cutting, coloring, and finishing services tailored to each client’s unique preferences and features Perform specialized treatments such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, hair threading, and nail care to enhance overall client satisfaction Utilize salon software like MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client management, and retail sales tracking Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to sanitation protocols for tools, equipment, and workstations Offer expert advice on hair care routines, product recommendations, and retail upselling opportunities to maximize client results and salon revenue Manage front desk duties including greeting clients, checking in appointments, and ensuring a smooth flow of daily operations Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques in color theory, barbering skills such as straight razor shaving, and customer service excellence Skills Proven experience in hair styling with knowledge of current trends and techniques Proficiency in salon software systems like MINDBODY for scheduling and retail management Strong understanding of color theory for customized coloring services Skilled in hair extensions application, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care techniques Knowledge of sanitation standards specific to cosmetology and barbering practices Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and team members effectively Ability to upsell retail products confidently while providing exceptional customer service Store management experience is a plus for those interested in leadership roles within the salon environment Join us if you’re passionate about transforming looks while delivering an energetic customer experience!
