Demonstrated problem solving skills and presentation skills Business acumen and ability to make business-based decisions Self-motivated, ownership of tasks and accountable Able to work both independently and in a team environment Job Description You will be the Subcontract Manager Senior for the Advanced Programs Line of Business. Our team is responsible for subcontract management supporting the Advanced Programs organization and dynamic supply chain. What You Will Be Doing As the Subcontract Manager Senior you will be responsible for subcontract management in the Advanced Programs organization, which includes management of the dynamic supply chain. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Work with a cross‑functional program team that includes Engineering, Quality, and Finance Manage supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on various programs within the LOB Handle all aspects of the procurement process, including supplier performance indicators, invoices/billings, contract changes, schedule, budgets, funding, verification of delivery, approval of payments, and maintaining necessary records Review proposals, select or recommend suppliers, analyze trends, follow up orders placed via SAP procurement system Determine pricing to be fair and reasonable based on technical evaluation, history, market data, or cost element evaluation Why Join Us The ideal candidate is collaborative, detail‑oriented, and driven to optimize supply chain performance.
