Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and versatile Subcontractor/Laborer to join our dynamic construction team.In this role, you will be an essential part of various projects, assisting with site preparation, material handling, and the execution of construction tasks across multiple trades.This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to high-quality building projects.The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new techniques, ensuring safety and efficiency on every job site.Responsibilities Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to support various trades including carpentry, masonry, roofing, and more Read blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements and assist in precise material placement Support skilled tradespeople such as electricians, plumbers, masons, and carpenters with their tasks as needed Perform demolition, concrete finishing, framing, drywall installation, caulking, and other construction activities under supervision Handle materials including fabrication, glass installation, cabinet mounting, tile laying, flooring installation, and stucco application Follow safety protocols diligently while working with heavy equipment or performing tasks like roofing or restoration work Requirements Prior experience working on construction sites or in related trades preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and basic construction equipment operation Ability to read blueprints or schematics is a plus; willingness to learn technical drawings and project plans Knowledge of construction safety standards and procedures is highly desirable Strong work ethic with the ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively in a team environment Physical stamina to perform manual labor including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods Basic understanding of construction disciplines such as plumbing, electrical systems, masonry, or framing is advantageous Join us in building exceptional structures while advancing your skills in a lively and supportive environment!
