Part-Time / PRN Clinician Position - 3.1 Low Intensity Residential Program We are seeking a motivated and professional Part-Time / PRN Clinician to join our growing 3.1 Low Intensity Residential Program in Maryland. We are a small residential treatment facility focused on helping individuals in recovery build meaningful, productive, and substance-free lives through structure, accountability, peer support, and clinical services. This position primarily consists of evening hours with a flexible schedule and offers an excellent opportunity to grow with an expanding program dedicated to recovery and community reintegration. Position Responsibilities Facilitate psychoeducational, relapse prevention, life skills, and recovery-based groups Provide individual counseling and clinical support to clients Complete biopsychosocial assessments and clinical documentation Assist with treatment planning, goal setting, and discharge planning Support clients with job readiness, coping skills, communication skills, and reintegration into society Maintain professional boundaries and uphold ethical standards at all times Collaborate with staff, case management, psychiatric providers, and community partners Ensure compliance with Maryland regulations, ASAM criteria, COMAR regulations, and program policies Qualifications Applicants must possess: Minimum credential of CSC-AD or CAC-AD through the Maryland Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists Higher licensure and credentials are encouraged to apply Knowledge of ASAM Criteria and levels of care Familiarity with COMAR regulations and Maryland behavioral health standards Experience completing biopsychosocial assessments and clinical documentation Strong understanding of ethics, confidentiality, and professional boundaries Experience working in substance use disorder and/or behavioral health treatment preferred Ability to engage clients while maintaining structure and accountability Schedule Part-Time / PRN Primarily evening hours Flexible scheduling available Compensation $35 per hour About Us We are a recovery-focused residential program dedicated to helping individuals rebuild their lives through accountability, structure, peer support, counseling, relapse prevention, life skills, and community integration.
