Lutheran Social Services seeks a compassionate Substance Use Counselor to provide evidence-based counseling and case management to adults and families impacted by substance use disorders. Working within our Healthcare & Medical Services department, you will conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, facilitate individual and group therapy, coordinate with medical and community providers, and support recovery-focused goals.
