Team Leadership & Development : Recruit, manage, and supervise both local and remote technical staff to develop and grow the Substation organization. Provide ongoing mentoring to direct reports and ensure mentoring is occurring across the team. Lead, coordinate, and build teamwork among other team members and disciplines at all levels Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
