Job Summary The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and evaluating construction projects in accordance with scope, budget, and schedule requirements. This role involves managing projects, subcontractor coordination, procurement, and client relations, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders. Manage day-to-day construction activities (partnered with Construction Manager),including budgeting, scheduling, and progress tracking, using KPIs to make data drivendecisions.
