Position Overview GFY is seeking a highly motivated and experienced SUE Project Manager to join our team. This role involves leading field projects focused on the precise location of various utilities. You'll be instrumental in growing our market, managing project budgets, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality results. Responsibilities Field Leadership: Plan, organize, and direct crew activities to locate utilities accurately. Safety & Quality: Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to job-specific quality system tasks. Project Management: Prepare and present proposals, manage project budgets, schedules, and profitability. Oversee client relationships and handle contract administration. Client Interaction: Serve as the primary contact for clients, attend meetings, and manage client expectations and communications. Team Oversight: Supervise both office and field personnel, including staff development and workload forecasting. Technical Expertise: Analyze and interpret reports, maps, blueprints, and other relevant data. Apply mathematical and technical concepts to project planning and execution. Administrative Duties: Ensure accurate billing, monitor accounts receivable, and process field data into comprehensive project reports. Qualifications Experience: Minimum 5 years of utility-related experience, with a background in SUE (Subsurface Utility Engineering) project management. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
