Position Details: Job Type: Full-Time & Part-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM Camp Dates: June 15th – August 14th, 2026 Responsibilities Supervise and ensure the safety of campers during all activities. Plan and lead engaging activities that promote teamwork, creativity, and skill development. Foster an inclusive environment that encourages participation from all campers. Provide support and guidance to campers in various situations, including conflict resolution. Maintain clear communication with campers, parents, and fellow staff members. Monitor camper behavior and implement effective behavior management strategies. Assist with daily camp operations, including setup and cleanup of activities. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to childhood development and first aid. Skills Strong classroom management skills to maintain a positive learning environment. Knowledge of childhood development principles to support camper growth. Experience working with students in educational or recreational settings. Familiarity with special education practices is a plus. Previous experience working with children in camp or daycare settings. Ability to implement effective behavior management techniques. Creative skills related to theater or arts are desirable for activity planning. Certification in first aid is beneficial for ensuring camper safety.
