In this hands-on role, you’ll support campers with diverse abilities, help implement Inclusion Plans, and work with staff to make camp welcoming, fun, and accessible for everyone. Duties and Responsibilities What You Will Do Support the Site Director and counselors in creating a positive, inclusive camp environment. Help implement camper Inclusion Plans and provide support during daily activities. Assist campers in sports, games, arts and crafts, swimming, field trips, and special events. Encourage participation and help children stay safe, engaged, and included. Help communicate camper needs or behavior concerns to the Site Director. Assist with basic camp tasks such as setup, cleanup, transitions, and supervision. Support special events and activities within Parks & Recreation, which may include: Setting up and breaking down tables, chairs, and tents Emptying trash bins, cleaning areas, and restocking restrooms Filling water coolers Working admissions gates
