About the role We're looking for a driven, detail-oriented Brand Partnerships Intern to support our growing roster of athletes and influencers. You'll be on the front lines of outreach — identifying brand opportunities, crafting pitches, and submitting media kits to help our clients land meaningful collaborations. This is a real role with real results, not a coffee-run internship. This is a paid internship opportunity. What you'll do Research and identify brands that align with our clients' audiences, values, and content niches Draft and send professional outreach emails to brand contacts, PR teams, and marketing departments Customize and submit media kits for individual clients tailored to each partnership opportunity Track outreach pipelines and follow up on open correspondence in a timely manner Support partnership negotiations by organizing deliverables, timelines, and communication logs Collaborate with the content and social media team to align brand deal execution with client campaigns Stay current on NIL trends, brand partnership landscapes, and influencer marketing best practices What we're looking for Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Sports Management, Business, or a related field Strong written communication skills — you know how to write a cold email that gets opened Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple outreach threads at once Passion for sports, culture, and the business of athlete/influencer branding Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok) and influencer marketing concepts Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Experience with Social Media, Canva, Google Workspace, or CRM/outreach tools is a plus What you'll gain Real, portfolio-ready experience in sports and entertainment brand partnerships Direct mentorship from agency leadership with deep roots in NIL, transit, and brand strategy Exposure to active NIL campaigns, influencer deals, and brand negotiations A network that bridges sports, entertainment, and community impact Part Time Opportunity | June to August 2026
