Our Summer Internship Program is a twelve-week program that offers students the opportunity to gain rewarding work experience, while also making important contributions to the City of New York. During the program, interns will support departmental projects, work alongside experienced professionals, and participate in enrichment activities such as networking events and training workshops. Assist in developing business applications, creating tools and utilities to aid in application development, contributing to Data Warehouse and Data Analysis tasks, and supporting database maintenance along with related documentation activities. SUMMER COLLEGE INTERN - 10234 Minimum Qualifications As of June of the Program year the prospective intern must be a student matriculated in a college or be a recent college graduate (winter/spring term of the Program year). NOTE: Appointment to this title is only valid for the duration of the Program, June - August each year. Preferred Skills Design, develop, and maintain business applications, create tools and automation utilities, contribute to data warehouse and analytics, support database maintenance, and ensure comprehensive documentation and user support. Background in application development using Mendix , C# or Java technologies. Good knowledge of SQL is a plus.
