Five Shores Brewing is hiring kitchen team members for the 2026 summer season! We're a craft brewery and taproom on the eastern shore of Crystal Lake, a few minutes from Sleeping Bear Dunes, with a food program built around creative, scratch-leaning dishes that pair with the beer we brew on-site. Our kitchen is led by Chef Doug Moody , who's patient and genuinely good at teaching — so whether you've spent years on the line or you've never worked in a kitchen before, we'd like to hear from you. The taproom hits its busiest stretch of the year during summer, and the kitchen runs at the heart of it. It's fun, fast, and genuinely a good time when the team clicks — which is most nights. We're looking for people who want to show up, work hard, and enjoy themselves while doing it. About the season — please read this part This is a seasonal position running late May through mid-August or mid-September , depending on your availability. Training starts in early June. Memorial Day through Labor Day is full-throttle: long shifts, full schedules, big tickets, and the highest tip-share payouts of the year. We need every hand we can get during this stretch, and we want you to know exactly what you're signing up for. Things taper off in early-to-mid September as the season winds down. Show up, on time, ready to work. This is the single biggest thing. A good attitude. We hire for character first and train the rest.
