Summer/Seasonal Landscape maintenance

A large Ann Arbor Condominium Association is seeking a Grounds Maintenance person to join our team.Duties include, spring and fall clean up, lawn mowing, landscaping, trimming, edging, tree pruning and other duties as needed.This is a full-time seasonal position.Previous grounds experience preferred or other skills related to grounds upkeep are a plus; operating lawn & equipment, RTV's ,trucks.Candidate must have a valid driver's license and transportation.Seasonal position starting in April/May and ending in August /September Job Type:Full-time Experience:Grounds keeping:1 year (Preferred) Job Types:Full-time, Temporary, Seasonal Pay:$17.00 per hour Experience:Landscape Maintenance:1 year (Required) License/Certification:Driver's License (Required) Work Location:In person.
