About the Company Keystone Ridge Designs is an American manufacturer of site furnishings based in Butler County, PA, known for quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.Our work environment reflects a strong commitment to integrity, responsibility, and doing things the right way, with values rooted in Christian faith and principles.Job Summary We are seeking a reliable, self-motivated Landscaper for the summer season.This is a hands-on outdoor role where you will primarily work independently maintaining and improving property grounds.Work will vary day-to-day depending on weather, season, and project needs.This position is ideal for someone who takes initiative, enjoys working alone, and takes pride in their work.Duties & Responsibilities Mow, edge, and maintain lawn and outdoor areas Perform landscaping tasks including weeding, trimming, mulching, and general cleanup Assist with pruning trees and shrubs, planting, and basic garden care Support soil preparation, watering, and general plant maintenance Assist with clearing brush and fallen trees (chainsaw use as needed) Perform minor construction and repair work (fencing, small projects, general upkeep) Help install or repair basic hardscape features (walkways, retaining areas, etc.) Inspect and maintain irrigation systems, checking for leaks or blockages Maintain clean and organized outdoor spaces Operate hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment safely and effectively Assist with seasonal snow plowing and winter maintenance as needed Equipment & Experience Experience operating mowers, trimmers, and basic landscaping equipment Comfortable using or learning to use chainsaws, tractors, or similar equipment Ability to safely operate hand tools and power tools Basic mechanical knowledge or familiarity with equipment is a plus Qualifications Able to work independently without supervision Reliable and punctual Strong work ethic with attention to detail Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Physically capable of active, hands-on work Ability to follow direction and complete tasks on your own Previous landscaping, lawn care, or outdoor labor experience preferred (training available) Basic knowledge of plants, gardening, or horticulture is a plus Positive attitude and willingness to learn Work Environment Independent role -- most work is done solo Outdoor, physically active work Minimal oversight -- you are trusted to manage your day Values-based environment grounded in respect, responsibility, and Christian principles Schedule Seasonal summer position Full-time or part-time hours available Opportunity to continue into winter months with snow plowing and seasonal work Pay Competitive hourly pay based on experience Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Paid time off Application Question(s):Why are you interested in this position?
