This role will support maintenance operations across district facilities. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently while making sound decisions in the field. Key Responsibilities: Assist with general maintenance including pressure washing sidewalks buildings remove gum from sidewalk ways assist with moving boxes, and cleanup Support maintenance teams with daily tasks and work orders Operate basic tools safely and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow directions while also demonstrating the ability to work independently Make responsible decisions to complete assigned tasks without constant supervision Minimum Qualifications: Must possess or obtain an Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card. Must be able to pass a background clearance check. Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more on a regular basis Ability to stand and work for extended periods of time Ability to work independently and make decisions in a timely manner Strong work ethic and reliability Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in grounds or maintenance work (not required) Work Schedule: Seasonal summer position with full-time hours available. Physical Requirements: This position requires physical labor including lifting, bending, walking, and prolonged standing.
