Everdry Waterproofing is hiring local college students for our Summer Field Marketing Internship. This is a paid, hands on role where you learn direct to consumer marketing and sales from the ground up, and get paid well while you do it. What this role really is. This is a field marketing position. You will be out in residential neighborhoods, going door to door, introducing homeowners to Everdry and offering them a free home inspection. It is active, social, outdoor work. If you like being on your feet, talking to people, and watching your own effort turn directly into a paycheck, you will do well here. If you are looking for a desk, this is not it, and we would rather tell you that up front. Why students take this internship: Real earnings. Pay runs $18–$40 an hour, which works out to roughly $720–$1,400 a week, hourly base plus uncapped commission. Strong summers here out earn most internships your friends will have. Skills that transfer. You will get coached in communication, persuasion, objection handling, and territory and time management. These are the exact skills behind sales, marketing, and business careers, and they look good in a fall recruiting conversation. Paid training. No experience needed. We train you fully before you are out on your own. A summer that fits the school calendar. We will build a schedule around your summer availability, full or part time, and wrap up before fall term. Room to grow. Strong interns can move into team lead and other advancement opportunities, including beyond the summer if you want it.
