About Us Rill Adventures provides rentals, guided raft trips, and river‑safety classes on the beautiful Yakima River near Cle Elum and Ellensburg. We focus on fun, safety, and outstanding guest service. We’re Hiring Immediately We’re looking for people who can jump in right away, learn quickly, and don’t need a lot of oversight. If you’re the kind of person who takes initiative, adapts fast, and thrives outdoors—we want to hear from you! About the Role We’re hiring friendly, flexible team members to drive shuttle buses , prep gear and put away at the end, and give safety briefings, . You’ll split time between driving (14‑passenger buses and box vans), light river‑site maintenance, and hands‑on customer service. This Job Is a Great Fit If You: Enjoy working outdoors and around water Speak confidently to groups and keep safety first Can work solo or as part of a small, energetic crew Stay positive when plans change or weather shifts What You’ll Do Greet guests, answer questions, and deliver clear safety talks Drive a 14‑passenger bus or box van to shuttle people and gear Load/unload rafts and equipment (regular 50‑lb lifting) Perform light maintenance at river put‑ins and take‑outs Check guests in/out and verify paperwork is complete Help prepare picnic lunches for trips Inspect and clean gear at day’s end What We’re Looking For Valid driver’s license & clean driving record Age 20 + (required for insurance) Weekend availability throughout the season and also week days Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet Friendly, safety‑minded, and customer‑service focused Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour Work Location: Hybrid remote in Thorp, WA 98946
