The courses will run four (4) days per week, five (5) hours per day. Session 1 runs June 8 through June 11, June 15 through June 18, June 22 through June 25, from 8:00 am to 1:00pm. Prior experience in teaching high school Art preferred but not required Prior experience teaching in diverse setting preferred but not required Willingness to participate in a comprehensive professional/course development program prior to summer school session required Strong communication and advocacy skills preferred Hourly Rate: $32.00 QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS: Must have a valid Illinois Professional Educators License and be endorsed in Art.
