OVERVIEW SWAV is looking to develop its team of expert cleaning technicians.We are looking for good team players with positive attitudes and a strong work ethic to keep up our quality and efforts to grow and move forward.DESCRIPTION Swav is in need of Window Techs as well as a few Cleaning Techs to assist with our annual jobs.Window Techs will use the mop and squeegee method as well as a pure water system.Cleaners will be on routes efficiently cleaning commercial and residential businesses.SCHEDULE Weekdays with some flexibility 3 days per week Shifts start at 8 am usually 6 - 8 hours Positions and pay are based on previous work experience and availability RESPONSIBILITES Maintain clear communication with supervisor and management Perform professional cleaning or window service Services include but are not limited to:sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, emptying trash, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and deep cleaning.Maintain client's premises to be clean and orderly Perform routine maintenance tasks Maintain working condition of all cleaning equipment Accountability for work completed QUALIFICATIONS Previous experience in cleaning, windows, or other related fields is a plus Reliable and hard-working Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills Effective communication skills Strong time management skills Ability to work effectively under low supervision Ability to handle physical workload, including but not limited to:standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.REQUIREMENTS Valid Driver's license or State ID Reliable transportation Must have a smartphone with phone service Team player Individually Motivated Must be able to clear a drug screening within two weeks of hire Job Types:Part-time, Temporary Pay:$13.00 - $14.00 per hour Benefits:Flexible schedule Paid training Referral program Work Location:In person.
