Help Build the Next Super App for Housing and Tourism -- Scale Fast Earn Equity Location:Fort Lauderdale, FL (Onsite) Type:Full-Time Compensation:Based on experience Equity Opportunity Only Apply If You move fast, take ownership, and don't wait to be told what to do You're comfortable being uncomfortable, figuring things out in real time You'd rather build something meaningful than sit in a typical entry-level role You think like an owner or operator, not just an employee You want equity upside, not just a paycheck You can handle being in the field, solving problems, and making things happen daily If you're looking for structure, predictability, or a low-pressure role--this is not it.About the Role We're looking for a highly driven, entrepreneurial recent or upcoming graduate who wants to help build and scale what could become the Super App for housing and tourism.Think Uber.Think Airbnb.But starting in housing and expanding into everyday services, experiences, and travel.You'll help us blitz-scale the ResidentConcierge Service (our Multifamily Housing platform), starting in South Florida and expanding across the United States, working directly in the field with residents, staff, and our internal team to launch, refine, and scale a service model nationwide.This is a rare opportunity to join at the ground level of a platform that is expanding from a core product (iResident Services App) into a full ecosystem and into new markets through CareConcierge (our travel and business platform).There is equity participation potential for individuals who demonstrate ownership, execution, and impact.What You Will Do Blitz-Scale a Live Platform (ResidentConcierge - Multifamily Housing) Execute rapid rollout of ResidentConcierge services across Housing Authority sites Be on-site driving adoption, solving problems, and ensuring successful launches Work under tight timelines to onboard large numbers of residents quickly Be on the Frontlines Help residents use digital tools to:Submit and track work orders Receive and manage inspection notifications and requests rescheduling Complete recertifications Communicate with staff via chat Provide real-time support and troubleshoot issues on the spot Help Build a Super App EcosystemFor Residents (Multifamily Housing):iResident (core housing operations) ResidentConcierge (service layer and support) Experiences (events, engagement, resident perks) Rides (transportation access) For Travel & Business (CareConcierge Platform):CareConcierge -- concierge-style services for travelers and businesses CareConcierge Services including grocery delivery, logistics, and curated experiences Assist in launching, testing, and refining these services in real-world environments Gather feedback directly from residents and users to shape product evolution Think Like an Operator Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in rollout and adoption Suggest and implement improvements to scale faster Help build repeatable systems that can expand nationwide and into new markets Support Implementation & Growth Track rollout progress and support internal coordination Assist with staff training and onboarding Contribute to marketing and outreach efforts to drive adoption What We're Looking For Recent graduate or graduating soon (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred) Highly assertive, entrepreneurial mindset you take initiative and move fast Comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal skills confident engaging with residents and staff Organized and able to manage multiple priorities Problem-solver with a figure it out and execute mentality Willing to be hands-on and in the field regularly Strong communication skills What Success Looks Like in 90 Days You've helped successfully launch ResidentConcierge services in multiple locations You are confidently operating in the field with minimal supervision You've contributed ideas that improved rollout speed, adoption, or resident experience You've built strong working relationships with staff and residents You are actively contributing to the expansion of new services (Experiences, Rides, and CareConcierge) You're seen as someone who takes ownership and gets things done Why This Role Matters You'll help build and scale a real-world Super App from the ground up Direct exposure to how high-growth platforms expand across industries (housing -> services -> tourism & business) Opportunity to grow into leadership roles across operations, product, or new business lines Equity upside tied directly to your contribution and performance Schedule & Requirements Full-time, onsite in Fort Lauderdale Regular travel throughout South Florida with future opportunity for broader travel as expansion grows Must be comfortable working in the field About Gilson Housing Partners Gilson Housing Partners is a South Florida-based company modernizing operations in the affordable housing sector.We support Hous
