Job Description Lead daily onsite activities from project start through completion. Direct and coordinate subcontractors, field crews, vendors, and inspectors. Maintain strict jobsite safety standards and ensure OSHA compliance. Read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction documents. Manage schedule execution, sequencing, manpower, and daily workflow. Handle site logistics, including equipment placement, deliveries, and material use. Collaborate closely with the Project Manager on progress updates, challenges, and resource needs. Maintain accurate daily reports and documentation. Assist with quality control, punch list management, and project turnover.
