We are seeking a highly motivated General Superintendent - Data Center to oversee large-scale data center construction projects in Arlington, VA. In this role, you will manage and coordinate all onsite construction activities to ensure project completion on time, within scope, and budget supervise and lead subcontractors, vendors, and construction teams, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with project specifications develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions as needed enforce safety protocols and ensure adherence to OSHA and company safety standards review plans, drawings, and specifications to resolve technical issues proactively coordinate with project managers and clients to communicate project status and resolve challenges manage project documentation, reports, and inspections to ensure quality control Key skills include strong leadership, excellent communication, problem-solving ability, and extensive knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations.
