Headquartered in Texas, the company has expanded to three office locations: Dallas, Lubbock, and San Angelo. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Superintendent role based in Lubbock, TX. The Superintendent will oversee daily field operations on construction projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include managing subcontractors, coordinating schedules, enforcing safety regulations, and resolving on-site challenges. The Superintendent will maintain communication with project managers and all stakeholders to ensure project goals are met. Qualifications Proficiency in construction management, project scheduling, and resource allocation Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings Strong leadership and team management skills Effective communication and problem-solving abilities Experience ensuring compliance with safety standards and protocols Familiarity with construction software and tools Proven experience as a superintendent or in a similar role in the construction industry Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred OSHA certification and a valid driver's license are highly desirable
