Superintendent – Self Storage Construction Phoenix, Arizona | Full-Time | Commercial Construction A long-standing and highly respected commercial general contractor in the Phoenix metro area is actively seeking a Superintendent with self-storage construction experience for an immediate hiring need. This organization has a strong reputation across the Arizona commercial construction market and continues to experience significant project growth throughout the region. We are specifically seeking a Superintendent who has hands-on experience building self-storage facilities and understands the unique sequencing, coordination, and operational demands associated with these projects. What You’ll Do Lead daily field operations on active commercial construction projects Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, inspections, deliveries, and site logistics Drive project schedules and maintain production goals Maintain jobsite safety, cleanliness, and quality standards Conduct daily reports, lookaheads, and field coordination meetings Manage inspections, punch lists, and project closeout activities Work closely with Project Managers, ownership teams, architects, and subcontractors What We’re Looking For 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction Prior self-storage facility construction experience REQUIRED Strong understanding of construction sequencing and scheduling Experience managing subcontractors and driving field production Procore experience preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to lead projects with urgency, accountability, and professionalism Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $100,000 – $137,500 Performance Bonus: 8% – 12% Exceptional 401(k) program with 7% – 10% company contribution Company Car and Gas Card Comprehensive benefits package Long-term career growth opportunity Stable pipeline of Phoenix-area commercial projects Additional Information This is an immediate hiring need for someone with direct self-storage construction experience.
