Proven ability to manage time effectively and consistently meet deadlines in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to assess challenges and take decisive action. A proactive leadership approach, with sound judgment on when to delegate to keep projects moving and teams aligned.
