Job Description
Supervising Health Services Addictions Specialist - Adolescent Program Alcohol and Drug Department (Classification 714) Management Full-Time (37.5 hours/week) position Position Open Until Filled First review of applications will be on April 20, 2026. Any applications received after April 20 will be reviewed and considered as needed, and this posting may close at any time after that date. Linn County requires on-site work. Remote work is not available. This position requires an experienced substance abuse professional to provide administrative and clinical supervision to clinicians working in a Substance Abuse Program. Requires oversight of the day-to-day operation of a service area, multiple service areas or other program entities within one of the department's program areas. Provides high level of quality assurance with the Alcohol and Drug Program. Develops procedures to manage and improve CCO Performance Metrics. Develops and support procedures with Compliance. Ensures compliance with state/federal regulations and addresses changes in a timely manner; and support collaboration between billing and clinical staff. Develops essential reports and procedures to implement efficiencies for clinical teams. Provides leadership and represent the department at interagency staff meetings.
