Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom sanitation, and kitchen cleaning. Conduct commercial cleaning tasks such as trash removal, floor care, restroom sanitation, and surface disinfecting in office buildings, retail spaces, or industrial facilities. Follow established cleaning procedures to ensure consistency and quality across all assigned locations. Use cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently while maintaining safety standards at all times. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors promptly. Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude when interacting with clients and team members. Complete cleaning checklists and documentation accurately for each job site. Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated newcomers. Familiarity with cleaning tools and equipment including vacuums, buffers, mops, and disinfectants. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety protocols. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled hours.
