Title:Supervisor, Data and Operations Locations:Goodwill North Central Texas - 4005 Campus Drive, Fort Worth, Texas Salary:Based on experience Work Hours:FT (40 Hrs.per Week) Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. 4:30 P.M., evenings and weekends as needed.Benefits:Company paid basic term life, Paid Time Off, voluntary medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD and 401k.General Job Duties:Develop, write, maintain, and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools.Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing Workforce Leadership needs.Run reports and send out weekly, monthly, and quarterly.Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries.Development functions for the electronic Case Management System CaseWorthy.Provide support for CaseWorthy including, but not limited to, research and resolve CaseWorthy problems, unexpected results, or process flaws; perform scheduled activities; and recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.Serve as the subject matter expert regarding WFD functions and WFD new hire onboarding and ongoing staff training.Develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation.Ensure new system users are trained on all processes/functionality.Ensure that the CaseWorthy system is updated and functioning at optimal capacity.Keep current with software upgrades and update system controls and appropriate documentation, as appropriate.Recommend and implement process/customer service improvements (application enhancement) and innovative solutions that must be approved by appropriate leadership prior to implementation.Serve as a key liaison with third parties (CaseWorthy) and other stakeholders (Workforce Staff).Use project management skills in managing projects.Ensure data integrity, testing of system changes, and data reporting flows for process improvement opportunities.Oversee Test Center administration, daily readiness checks, preload of the Cache Proxy computer with the files, and general Test Center readiness.Responsible for the technical capability of all testing workstations, confirming the availability of materials and personnel for the upcoming administration, ensuring Center Problem Report (CPR) is completed if there is an issue with a test taker, and ensuring that test administration follows Pearson Vue standards and individual test requirements.Develop community and business partnerships that will increase the number of credentialing tests offered.Maintain budget and financial records of each program/service, including reconciliation of Accounts Receivable outstanding items.Manage assigned staff including hiring, training, assessing, scheduling, and directing daily workflow.Act as a backup to essential functions of assigned staff in order to ensure operational continuity during times of planned and Skills/Qualifications:Bachelor's degree (information technology, business administration, or related field preferred) with at least two years of related work experience required.Professional CRM certification and/or Test Administrator certification preferred.Prior working experience utilizing CaseWorthy software highly preferred.Previous exposure to project-related activities through active participation in system-related projects and supervising/leading teams.Proficient in MS Office applications.Must be self-motivated, proactive, and skilled in workflow management.Prioritize attention to detail and deadlines.Exhibit excellent internal customer service skills.Physical Requirements:Normal office environment with periods of stress due to deadlines.Own transportation to off-site facilities for training purposes, when necessary.This position requires the incumbent to have communication capabilities via cell phone and/or smartphone technology.Legal Requirements:Meet I-9 requirements, ability to pass drug screen and background check.Goodwill North Central Texas proudly provides Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) to all persons regardless of age, color, national origin, citizenship status, physical or mental disability, race, religion, creed, gender, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, genetic information, marital status, status with regard to public assistance, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law.In addition, reasonable accommodations are provided for qualified individuals with disabilities.
