Position: Production Supervisor Direct Supervisor :Shift Supervisor Indirect Supervisor:General Manager Hours Worked :May be Adjusted according to Management Needs 2nd Shift:3:00 PM to 11:30 AM 3rd Shift:11:00 PM to 7:30 AM This position's responsibilities include: To assign trained and qualified operators for presses. Maintain established process Training on departmental procedures / work instructions. To maintain housekeeping at the presses to prevent loss or damage to material/product. Needed competencies include Understanding of Quality Policy and how it affects this position Understanding of Injection Molding Process Understanding Control Plan Information Understanding tool worksheet system Understanding Syteline Ability to troubleshoot molding and tooling problems Ability to Supervise Molding personnel Ability to monitor production standards in a supportive setting.Pay:$19.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
