Position Scope: Energy Transfer (the Partnership), a premier provider of midstream energy services, is looking for a EAM Supervisor to assist with maintaining our Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) SAP Plant Maintenance (PM). The ideal candidate will lead, coach and support a team that provides assistance to operations and business personnel at corporate offices, compressor stations, pipelines, storage facilities, processing plants, terminals, unit, trucking and aerial fleet. EAM Supervisor is empowered to manage Compliance, Preventative and Unplanned Maintenance, working closely with business and operations personnel to ensure cost reporting and data integrity in order to produce timely and accurate reporting for internal and external purposes, leading projects, delivering solutions and building skillsets for themselves and their team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities listed below including, but not limited to: EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) Supervisor will manage the lifecycle of physical assets in SAP, overseeing maintenance teams, work orders, and technical implementations within SAP S/4HANA. They will ensure efficient asset performance, optimize maintenance workflows, and manage teams for technical projects. Supervisor will also work with Operations to define valid work requests per company standard operating procedures (SOPs), best practices, maintenance standards and procedures or site-specific requirements and prioritizing, planning and scheduling, including following-up on accuracy of job plans. Proactively engaging with Accounting, Materials and Operations personnel, supervisor can provide growth opportunities for the Partnership. Supervising and managing teams for projects and configuring/enhancing maintenance workflows and systematic changes. Experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) modules, within S/4HANA (FIORI). Gather and translate business requirements into system designs and technical specifications. Supervise, develop, and coach teams to achieve top-quality deliverables Primary contact and liaison between maintenance and operations planning, ensuring the area, department, or facility in which they are assigned receive professional maintenance service in a timely manner to ensure high equipment availability and performance. Driving maintenance workflows, creating work orders, managing inventory, and tracking total cost of ownership. Assist operations with building and maintaining company functional locations, systems, sub-systems and equipment structure in SAP PM Create and update maintenance plans in SAP PM, reviewing all planned work requests from assigned area and determining validity and accuracy of information and engage the appropriate resources to set a preliminary priority. Assist operations by assigning scheduled maintenances within SAP PM, reviewing work request for accuracy and clarity: clear scope of work, realistic completion dates, proper lead times, correct equipment identification, proper charge number (if applicable), proper authorization, and discuss details with originator of the work order. Manage the status of work and backlog for work order submission to work order completion. Status may include waiting for planning, waiting parts, ready to schedule, scheduled, etc. Develops a preliminary workforce schedule by technician ensuring all skills (Operator Qualifications) requirement and resource availability is met Actively participating in scheduling meetings with operation partners to finalize priority of work orders, minimize downtime windows, and necessary lead times Escalate issues to the Technical Supervisor/Operations Manager for work which is high priority and or compliance related Follow up and communicating schedule to all resources: maintenance, production, outside services, stores, and engineering
