Job Description
Provides leadership and operational oversight for Imaging RNs, Outpatient Services, and Interventional Radiology services at St. Cloud Hospital and CentraCare Health Plaza, including nurses, Health Unit Coordinators (HUCs), Radiologic Technologists, and Endovascular Techs. Accountable for day-to-day operations, staffing, workflow, and performance across all areas to ensure safe, high-quality, and efficient patient care. Partners with physician and multidisciplinary leaders to align clinical practice, optimize procedural and imaging services, and meet patient care needs. Leads team development, engagement, and retention while fostering a collaborative, patient-centered environment. Ensures compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and professional standards, and drives continuous improvement through data, evidence-based practice, and quality initiatives. Supports organizational priorities by contributing to operational planning, program development, and financial performance across imaging and interventional services. Schedule Full-time 72 hours every 2 weeks Mon-Fri Days 8:00am – 4:30pm Pay and Benefits: Starting pay begins at $102,086.40 per year and increases with experience.
