Supervisor for MUTTZ Canine Social Club MUTTZ is currently seeking an Hourly Shift Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a Supervisor, you will play a vital role in managing our snack bar, bar, and dog park operations, ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests and their furry friends. Responsibilities Manage and supervise a team of Front of House, Back of House and Park Operations to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the park, including working as a host, cook, bartender or park attendant when needed. Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient service and maintaining quality standards. Assist with operational duties such as ordering, inventory, events, etc. Provide guidance, support, and training to team members, promoting a positive work environment. Communicate effectively with guests and team members, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally. Sell memberships and promote the benefits of the MUTTZ community. Uphold safety and health regulations, ensuring the well-being of both guests and their pets. Earn the respect of your team and manage them professionally, fostering teamwork and collaboration. Requirements: Previous restaurant experience is required, with knowledge of bar operations and kitchen operations. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities, ensuring efficient operations. A passion for dogs and a love for working in an outdoor environment. Ability to have fun while maintaining professionalism and earning the respect of the team. Flexibility to work full-time, including all weekends and holidays. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Must be able to pass any required certifications, such as TABC and Food Handler.
