TRIGO Global Quality Solutions has an opening for a Logistics Supervisor to join our Coffeyville, KS team! The pay range for this position is $22-23.00 per hour. This is a 1st shift position. (6am - 2:30pm) Overall Purpose The Supervisor trains, develops, and motivates work group members to achieve required production results, improve each individual group member's technical skills and abilities, and promote teamwork while satisfying the company's goals and needs in an effective manner. Ability to travel on a flexible schedule as needed with variable lengths of time and distances. May Report to Site Manager, Area Manager, Director of Operations, General Manager Responsibilities (To include but not limited to the following) Customer Relationship & Business Development Act as an impartial third party between the production source and the customer facility to ensure the product meets set criteria Operations Supervise the planning and execution of daily activities including current operations, customer requests and new projects Maintain required productivity and quality levels, implementing improvements when possible Ensure the techniques for determining non-conforming product are accurate, meeting customer requirements and maintaining proper material flow Assign daily workloads to ensure the work is completed in a timely manner Maintain company policies and procedures in accordance with directives from management Interface with the customer in a professional manner and implement customer feedback into daily operations Provide backup for Material Handler or Logistics Planning Analyst Communicate inspection status and requirements to customers and employ
