Job Description
Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the MANAGEMENT ANALYSIS AND CONTROL DEPARTMENT of MARINE CORPS AIR GROUND COMBAT CTR. Responsibilities You will perform work in the fields of management analysis, internal audit review and program analysis. You will analyze and evaluate findings, prepare inspection reports, note discrepancies, and make recommendations to management for improvement in operational and accounting controls. You will develop management and/or program evaluation plans, procedures and methodologies. You will analyze operating programs to evaluate their effectiveness to achieve organization objectives; perform audits, procedural review, and analysis. You will direct or conduct studies of employee/organizational efficiency and productivity, recommending changes or improvements in organization, staffing, work methods, and/or procedures. You will approve leave, evaluate performance, counsel personnel, recommend staffing levels, and/or select personnel for hire. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Designing and conducting reviews to detect and eliminate error, waste, inefficiency, and deviation from established policies.
