Contractor Opportunity : (Hybrid Role) Supplier Recovery Specialist Location: Hybrid - Must Reside in New Holland, PA or surrounding areas Engagement Type: Contractor via Third-Party Supplier Contracting Entity: Accenture Supplier of Record: eTeam Duration: 12 Months with potential for extension Start Date: 5/27/2026 About The Role We are seeking qualified contractors to fulfill the role of an Supplier Recovery Specialist. The Supplier Warranty Specialist manage and support to maximize the supplier warranty recovery by assessing high-value claims, conducting technical failure analysis, and ensuring compliance with supplier agreements. This role serves as a technical authority and liaison between internal teams, suppliers, and dealers to drive warranty cost recovery and continuous product improvement. This opportunity is Hybrid and open to individuals located in the New Holland, PA and surrounding areas. The project hours of operations will be Monday – Friday , in which candidate must be available to work an 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Eastern Time . Contractors will be engaged and paid by a third-party payroll supplier, eTeam , which will serve as the employer of record for tax and compliance purposes. Key Responsibilities Assess and review high-value warranty claims from both technical and policy perspectives. Approve or reverse payments and initiate recovery actions with suppliers Enforce supplier warranty agreement terms and manage escalations. Support dispute resolution related to debit memos and claim settlements via the Supplier Portal. Conduct detailed failure analysis of components and assemblies. Provide root cause reports to support warranty recovery and product improvement. Offer high-level technical support to dealers, suppliers, and internal warranty teams. Guide and mentor the claim assessment team on technical and policy matters Use client systems (e.g., telematics, parts diagrams, specifications) to validate failure modes and assign responsibility. Lead epidemic failure identification and validation for supplier recovery. Complete training on the Warranty Module in the Supplier Portal. Ensure compliance with internal processes and supplier agreements. Negotiate and close PIPs with suppliers Deliverables or Project Scope Validate failure modes through telematics, parts diagrams, and specifications to determine responsibility Support identification and validation of epidemic failures for supplier reimbursement Ensure full compliance with supplier agreements and internal warranty recovery processes Collaboration Tools or Platforms Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) Supplier Portal (claim settlements, dispute resolution, training on the Warranty Module) Client technical systems, including telematics platforms, diagnostic tools, parts diagrams, and specification databases Cross functional coordination with warranty teams, suppliers, and dealer technicians Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Intermediate computer proficiency, including experience using ERP systems (SAP preferred) and barcode scanning devices. Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal work instructions in English. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Negotiation background preferred Preferred Qualifications Audit support experience is a plus.
