Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Supplier Sales Representative at LURE Drinks. The role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and other partners to expand LURE's presence in the market. The Supplier Sales Rep will drive sales growth, execute promotional strategies, and provide excellent customer service. Crucial to the success of this role are meticulous follow-throughs and proactive, highly effective communication with our distributor network. Furthermore, clear and consistent communication with the sales leader is ESSENTIAL to ensure alignment on strategy, goals, and market feedback. Additional responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities and representing LURE at industry events to promote its products. Ultimately, this is a unique opportunity to get in on the ground floor of an exciting and rapidly growing brand, playing a pivotal role in shaping our long-term market presence. Qualifications Strong sales and business development skills, including experience in relationship building and rigorous follow-through. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to maintain clear and consistent communication with sales leadership and distributor partners. Familiarity with the beverage market, cannabis industry, or consumer packaged goods, and a passion for wellness-focused products. Proficiency in market analysis, trend spotting, and identifying business opportunities. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and achieve sales targets in a remote environment. Willingness to attend industry events and travel as needed. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience) in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Experience with CRM software or sales tracking tools is a plus. Compensation Base salary + very generous bonus and incentive program.
