Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst Location: United States Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to support and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations across the United States. The ideal candidate will analyze inventory, logistics, procurement, and operational data to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support business growth. This role requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and experience with supply chain systems and reporting tools. Key Responsibilities Analyze supply chain performance including inventory levels, demand forecasting, transportation, procurement, and warehouse operations. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor operational efficiency and identify improvement opportunities. Collaborate with procurement, logistics, operations, and finance teams to improve supply chain processes. Support demand planning and inventory optimization to minimize stock shortages and excess inventory. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and operational risks. Assist in supplier performance evaluation and vendor management initiatives. Monitor shipment schedules and coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely delivery. Support ERP and supply chain system improvements, data accuracy, and process automation. Prepare business reports and presentations for management decision-making. Ensure compliance with company policies and U.S. supply chain regulations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations, Finance, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, operations analysis, or related roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis). Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite preferred. Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications APICS/CPIM/CSCP certification is a plus. Experience with inventory forecasting and demand planning. Knowledge of U.S. logistics and distribution operations.
