Job Description
Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst Location: United States Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to support and optimize supply chain operations across the organization. The ideal candidate will analyze inventory, procurement, logistics, and operational data to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support strategic business decisions. Key Responsibilities Analyze supply chain data including inventory levels, procurement, transportation, and warehouse operations. Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor supply chain performance. Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend cost-saving initiatives. Support demand planning, forecasting, and inventory optimization activities. Collaborate with procurement, logistics, operations, and finance teams to improve workflow efficiency. Monitor supplier and carrier performance to ensure service quality and timely delivery. Assist with shipment tracking, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes. Conduct trend analysis and prepare operational reports for management. Support ERP system updates, data accuracy, and process automation initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies and supply chain procedures. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or operations analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite preferred. Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or reporting tools is a plus. Strong communication and organizational abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of inventory management, demand forecasting, and transportation operations. APICS, CSCP, or related supply chain certifications are a plus. Experience with process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives preferred.
