This position reports directly to the Senior Director of Supply Chain. This role is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of strategies to optimize inventory levels, maximize production output, and minimize costs through data analytics, presentation building and impactful reporting. Apply today! Essential Functions: This description is intended to be illustrative of the major duties performed by the employee assigned to this position. Track Supply Chain department KPIs. Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Lead the Material Review Board process to promote cleanliness of raw material and finished product inventory. Contribute to the Sales & Operations Planning process which aligns Customer Experience, Supply Chain, Operations and Finance leadership on volume, revenue, supply plans, and resource needs. Manage and interpret data related to freight reporting. Review and monitor shipping data with third parties to ensure accuracy of charges and shipping methods. Troubleshoot transportation issues, claims and international customs/FDA clearance. Assist in initiation, execution, tracking and closure of Supply Chain SOPs, job aides, change controls and deviations. Provide administrative support for executing Supply Agreements once base terms have been negotiated. Generate reports and presentations to communicate complex supply chain situations to senior leadership in a simple, direct manner. Ensure organizational compliance with inventory management policies, supplier contractual agreements, and quality regulations. Automate reporting by leveraging Power BI and other data analytics software. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Customer Experience, Operations, Quality, etc) to ensure efficient material flow through the end-to-end supply chain. Participate in strategic continuous improvement initiatives to achieve cost savings and efficiencies. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical supply chains. Serve as backup to Procurement Buyers, Production Planner, and/or other roles within the department. Other duties as assigned. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: N/A EXPERIENCE AND NECESSARY COMPETENCIES: Bachelors degree or equivalent years of experience in the supply chain field is required. 3+ years of proven experience working in supply chain analysis or a related role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Strong experience with data analytics and reporting, including advanced skills in PowerBI. Maintain a collaborative, one team mentality. Demonstrate lateral leadership, the ability to lead and motivate peers, to drive continuous improvement. Possess strong proactive initiative and urgency. Able to work in a fast-paced environ
