Supply Chain AssistantPart-Time, Temporary (Potential to Become Full-Time / Permanent) ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our supply chain team on a part-time basis.In this role, you will work closely with the team to help keep daily operations running smoothly -- handling a mix of communication, follow-ups, research, and general support tasks as they arise.This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build or expand their experience in supply chain operations, with the potential to grow into a full-time, permanent position.RESPONSIBILITIES - Coordinate follow-ups with warehouse teams and vendors to ensure timely updates and resolution of open items- Conduct research and compile information to support team decisions and projects- Assist with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks as directed by the supply chain team- Track and manage open action items, deadlines, and communications across team functions- Step in to support ad hoc needs and special projects as they come up REQUIREMENTS - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities- Clear, professional communication -- both written and verbal- Self-starter attitude with a willingness to take initiative and learn on the fly- Proficient computer skills required -- must be comfortable working in spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets), email platforms, and general business software; ability to quickly learn new systems and tools is essential- Supply chain or logistics software experience is a plus- Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player POSITION DETAILS This is a temporary, part-time position with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time, permanent role based on performance and business needs.Schedule and hours are flexible.Work Location:In person.
