We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator for our facility in Muskegon, MI.If you are results oriented and have experience coordinating production schedules and material flow with internal supervisors to meet customer requirements then you are asked to apply to this position.This position is a great opportunity that could lead to growth into a managerial position within a couple years.KEY Responsibilities:Plan and track material orders and vendor deliveries with purchasing.Enter and monitor customer demand and production requirements.Expedite materials and finished goods as needed.Monitor capacity commitments and address deviations with cross-functional teams.Ensure availability of returnable packaging and compliance with customer standards.Maintain communication with customer representatives.Analyze demand, forecasts, and usage trends; report insights to management.Support production planning strategies to meet customer demand efficiently.Monitor inventory levels, production progress, and scheduling impacts.Maintain customer systems (e.g., Covisint, SupplyOn) and release updates.Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy.Follow company policies, quality standards, and environmental requirements.Qualifications:High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree highly preferred.Three to five (3-5) years of supply chain or logistics experience required.Prior planning experience within a manufacturing environment required.Excellent communication and time management skills.Attention to detail.This is a long-term position that offers excellent benefits and competitive pay.Qualified candidates please respond with an updated resume today!
