Job Title: Director/Leader Supply Chain Location: Albany, NY - 3 days onsite weekly Duration: Direct Hire Job Description: We are seeking a Supply Chain Leader / Director to manage end-to-end supply chain operations supporting clinical and/or commercial pharmaceutical products. This role will drive demand & supply planning, inventory strategy, supplier management, and cross-functional execution in a highly regulated environment. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end supply chain operations including demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management Own and drive S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes Ensure alignment across manufacturing, clinical, quality, and commercial teams Manage CMOs, suppliers, and external partners to ensure continuity of supply Develop and execute inventory and distribution strategies Identify and mitigate supply chain risks (supplier, logistics, regulatory) Ensure compliance with GxP, FDA, and regulatory standards Drive process improvements, scalability, and operational efficiency Utilize data, KPIs, and systems (ERP/planning tools) to support decision-making Lead and develop high-performing supply chain teams Qualifications 10–15+ years of experience in pharma / biotech supply chain or manufacturing Strong expertise in: Demand & supply planning Inventory & logistics Supplier / CMO management Experience in regulated environments (GxP / FDA) Proven ability to lead in a cross-functional, matrixed organization Bachelor’s degree required (MBA or advanced degree preferred) Nice to Have Experience with clinical supply and/or commercial drug supply Exposure to external manufacturing / CDMOs Experience with ERP / planning tools (SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis) EEO: “Mindlance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of – Minority/Gender/Disability/Religion/LGBTQI/Age/Veterans.”
