Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize the full supply chain process including procurement, production planning, inventory control, warehousing, and logistics Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives Lead demand planning and forecasting efforts to ensure appropriate inventory levels and minimize stockouts or excess Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive efficiency improvements across the supply chain Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, finance, and vendors to ensure alignment and execution Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OTIF (On-Time In-Full), inventory turns, and supplier performance Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure service level agreements are met Oversee logistics operations including transportation, distribution, and third-party providers Implement and improve supply chain systems, processes, and best practices Lead, mentor, and develop supply chain team members Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management Strong knowledge of supply chain processes including planning, procurement, and distribution Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) Proven ability to analyze data and make strategic, data-driven decisions Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience in manufacturing or CPG environments preferred Preferred Qualifications: APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM, CSCP) Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience Experience managing third-party logistics providers (3PLs)
